Center yourself
The host is wonderfully adept at setting beautiful scenes before you. I was moved almost to tears by the vivid and warm energy she brought to me. Truly every podcast is a little masterpiece, and a wonderful way to find your peace for the day.
Soothing sounds & plant vibes galore
I'm a big-time plant lover and found this perfect for getting into a more relaxed state. I'd never thought of bringing plants more centrally into meditative practice, so I really enjoyed this! My senses were all gently activated while my mind was at peace. Will listen to more:-)
That voice
Oh man I really wanted to love this podcast, but I couldn’t get over the narrator’s voice. She has a very halting cadence that doesn’t sound natural and for me just isn’t relaxing to listen to. If the narrator changes to a less robotic delivery I’d love to give it another go!
